How All Stage Casting Works

All Stage Casting is a casting platform designed to help talent discover opportunities and help clients find suitable people for modelling, acting, extras work, content creation, promotional campaigns, commercial projects and more. The FAQs below explain what you can expect from the platform and how to get the most from your profile.

1

About All Stage Casting

What is All Stage Casting?

All Stage Casting is an online casting platform that connects talent with casting opportunities. Talent can create a profile, apply for suitable opportunities and be discovered by clients looking for models, actors, extras, creators, performers and families.

Is All Stage Casting an agency?

No. All Stage Casting is a casting platform rather than a traditional talent agency. We provide the technology, profile visibility and application tools that allow talent and clients to connect. Clients remain responsible for reviewing applications and making final casting decisions.

Who can join All Stage Casting?

All Stage Casting is open to a wide range of talent, including:

  • Babies and children
  • Teenagers
  • Adults
  • Families
  • Models
  • Actors
  • Extras
  • Presenters
  • Performers
  • UGC creators and content creators

Do I need experience to join?

No. Many opportunities are suitable for beginners and first-time applicants. Some castings may require specific skills, experience or previous credits, but many clients are simply looking for the right look, personality, location, age range or demographic.

What types of work can appear on the platform?

Opportunities may include modelling, acting, commercial work, TV and film extras work, promotional campaigns, social media content, UGC campaigns, lifestyle shoots, family castings, brand campaigns, voice work and other media-related projects.

2

Membership & Fees

Is there a fee to join?

Some features of All Stage Casting may require a membership, subscription or platform access fee. Any applicable fees will be shown clearly before payment is made.

Why do you charge a fee?

Running a professional casting platform involves ongoing costs including technology, hosting, support, security, moderation, fraud prevention, profile review and platform development. Membership fees also help keep the platform focused on genuine applicants and active users.

Does paying guarantee work?

No. Paying for platform access does not guarantee auditions, castings, bookings, paid work, client contact or earnings. No reputable casting platform or agency can guarantee work. Clients make final decisions based on their own requirements.

Are memberships refundable?

Membership and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access to digital services has been provided, except where required by law. Please review our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions for full details.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. If your account is on a recurring subscription, you can cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation options provided on the platform. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made.

3

Casting Opportunities

How do I apply for castings?

Once your profile is active and eligible for applications, you can browse suitable opportunities and submit applications directly through the platform where available.

How often are new castings added?

New opportunities may be added regularly throughout the year. The volume and type of opportunities can vary depending on client demand, industry activity, location, seasonality and specific casting needs.

Can I apply for every casting?

Not always. Some opportunities may have specific requirements such as age range, gender, location, appearance, skills, experience, availability or travel distance. You should only apply for opportunities that are suitable and relevant to your profile.

What happens after I apply?

Your application is sent to the client, casting professional or project owner responsible for that opportunity. They review applications and may contact selected applicants directly or through the platform.

Will I hear back if I am unsuccessful?

Not always. Due to the number of applications some opportunities receive, clients may only contact shortlisted applicants. Lack of response does not necessarily mean your profile is unsuitable overall.

How long does it take to hear back?

There is no fixed timeframe. Some clients may respond within days, while others may take several weeks or only contact applicants once a shortlist has been prepared.

Can All Stage Casting choose me for a job?

All Stage Casting does not make final client casting decisions unless clearly stated for a specific opportunity. Final selection is normally made by the client, brand, casting director, agency, production company or project owner.

4

Profiles & Photos

How important is my profile?

Your profile is very important. A complete and accurate profile gives clients more information when deciding who may be suitable for a casting. Profiles with recent photos and clear information usually perform better than incomplete profiles.

What photos should I upload?

We recommend uploading clear, recent and natural photos. Good lighting, simple backgrounds and natural expressions are best.

Avoid:

  • Heavy filters
  • Sunglasses
  • Hats or hoods covering the face
  • Heavily edited images
  • Group photos where it is unclear who the profile belongs to
  • Old or misleading images

Do I need professional photos?

No. Professional photos are not always required. Many clients prefer clear, natural, up-to-date photos that accurately show how the talent currently looks.

Can I update my profile?

Yes. You should keep your profile up to date, including photos, measurements, experience, location, skills and availability.

Can clients search for talent?

Yes. Approved clients may be able to search profiles using criteria such as age, location, appearance, skills, experience and other casting-related information.

Why is accurate information important?

Clients often search for very specific requirements. Incorrect age, location, measurements, experience or availability can lead to unsuitable applications, missed opportunities or removal from consideration.

5

Children & Families

Can babies and children join?

Yes. Babies, children and teenagers may be listed on All Stage Casting, but accounts for anyone under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Who manages a child’s account?

A parent or legal guardian must manage the account, profile, applications and communication for any child or young person under 18.

Are children supervised during jobs?

Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the casting and booking process unless a different lawful arrangement has been clearly agreed with the client.

Do children need a performance licence?

Some paid work, performances, filming or modelling projects involving children may require a child performance licence or other approvals depending on the location, nature of the work and applicable law. Parents, guardians and clients are responsible for ensuring any required permissions are in place.

Can families apply together?

Yes. Some opportunities may request real families, siblings, parent-and-child combinations or family groups. Your profile should clearly explain who is available for family-based castings.

6

For Clients

How do clients find talent?

Clients may be able to post casting opportunities, search talent profiles, review applicants, shortlist suitable candidates and contact talent depending on the platform features available.

Who can post casting opportunities?

Casting opportunities may be posted by approved clients, brands, agencies, production companies, casting professionals, advertisers or other relevant industry users.

Are casting posts reviewed?

We may review casting submissions and reserve the right to edit, reject or remove opportunities that appear misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, inappropriate, unlawful or unsuitable for the platform.

Can brands contact talent directly?

Depending on the opportunity and platform features, communication may happen directly or through All Stage Casting. Users should always check the details of any opportunity before agreeing to take part.

Does All Stage Casting guarantee clients?

We take reasonable steps to support platform safety, but users should always use their own judgement before accepting any opportunity. All Stage Casting does not guarantee the conduct, payment or suitability of every client.

7

Safety, Privacy & Data

Is my information public?

Certain profile information may be visible to approved clients and industry professionals using the platform. Information submitted in applications may also be shared with the client responsible for that opportunity.

Do you sell personal information?

No. All Stage Casting does not sell personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how personal data is collected, used and shared.

How do you protect user data?

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including secure hosting, access controls, monitoring and security processes. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their login details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Users may request account deletion. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, safeguarding, payment or dispute resolution purposes.

Do you use AI or automation?

All Stage Casting may use AI or automated tools to assist with profile checks, image review, moderation, casting support, job posting assistance, customer support, security and platform improvement.

8

Bookings & Payments

Who pays me if I get booked?

Unless clearly stated otherwise, payment arrangements are normally agreed directly between the client and the talent. Talent should confirm fees, payment dates, usage rights, expenses and cancellation terms before accepting any booking.

Does All Stage Casting handle payments?

This depends on the specific opportunity and platform features being used. Where payments are handled directly by clients, All Stage Casting is not responsible for payment disputes, late payments or cancellations.

Can you guarantee earnings?

No. Earnings depend entirely on opportunities available, client selection, location, suitability, availability and the terms agreed for each project.

What should I check before accepting a booking?

Before accepting a booking, check:

  • The client or company name
  • The date, time and location
  • The fee and payment date
  • Travel or expense arrangements
  • Usage rights for photos or video
  • Cancellation terms
  • Any child licensing or safeguarding requirements

Technical Support

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset option on the login page. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

My profile is not showing. Why?

Your profile may not show if it is incomplete, under review, inactive, missing required photos or restricted due to platform checks. Make sure all required profile sections have been completed.

I uploaded photos but they are not appearing.

Photos may need to finish uploading, meet file size requirements or pass review before appearing. If the issue continues, try uploading again using a different browser or contact support.
