Welcome to All Stage Casting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, platform, services, applications, casting tools and any related features provided by All Stage Casting.
By creating an account, submitting an application, posting a casting, purchasing access, subscribing to the platform or otherwise using All Stage Casting, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
All Stage Casting is an online casting platform that helps connect talent with casting opportunities and allows clients, brands, agencies, production companies and other approved users to discover, review and contact suitable talent.
All Stage Casting is a casting platform. We are not an employer, production company, payroll provider or guarantor of work. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not act as a talent agent and do not guarantee that any user will receive auditions, bookings, paid work or responses from clients.
We provide technology, profile visibility, application tools, casting listings and related support services. Final casting decisions remain with the client or casting professional responsible for the opportunity.
You must be at least 18 years old to create and manage an account on All Stage Casting. If the talent is under 18, the account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information, images, applications and permissions relating to a child or young person are accurate, lawful and properly authorised.
Talent users are responsible for keeping their profile information accurate, current and truthful. This includes, but is not limited to:
Misleading, false, outdated or inappropriate information may result in profile removal, application rejection, account suspension or termination.
Clients must ensure that all casting opportunities posted or submitted through All Stage Casting are genuine, lawful, accurate and not misleading.
Clients must not post castings that are discriminatory, exploitative, unsafe, offensive, unlawful, misleading or unrelated to genuine casting, modelling, acting, content creation, promotional, media or production work.
We reserve the right to edit, reject, suspend or remove any casting post at our discretion.
Talent may be able to apply for selected opportunities through the platform. Submitting an application does not guarantee:
Casting decisions are made by the relevant client, casting director, brand, agency or production team. All Stage Casting does not control final selection decisions.
Certain features of All Stage Casting may require a platform access fee, subscription or other paid service. Fees are displayed before payment.
Platform access may include features such as profile creation, profile visibility, access to selected casting opportunities, application tools, casting invitations, portfolio features or other platform services.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Users are responsible for cancelling any recurring subscription before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
Cancelling a subscription will usually stop future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made.
Where access to digital platform features is provided immediately after payment, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but payment of a platform fee does not guarantee castings, responses, auditions, bookings or paid work.
No refund will be provided where an account is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, false information or inappropriate conduct.
Where a profile relates to a child or young person under 18, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have authority to create the profile, upload images, submit applications and communicate with clients or All Stage Casting on behalf of the child.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising all participation in casting opportunities, checking suitability, arranging travel, ensuring safety and complying with any child performance licensing or local legal requirements.
All Stage Casting may remove or refuse any child-related content that we consider unsuitable, unsafe or inappropriate.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any booking, job, payment arrangement, usage agreement, cancellation term or production arrangement is agreed directly between the talent and the client.
All Stage Casting is not responsible for payment disputes, late payments, cancellations, non-attendance, usage disagreements, working conditions or any other dispute between users.
Users should ensure that fees, dates, locations, usage rights, expenses, cancellation terms and any other important details are agreed clearly before accepting or attending any booking.
Users retain ownership of the photographs, videos, text, links and other content they upload. By uploading content, users grant All Stage Casting permission to use, display, store and process that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the platform.
Talent profiles and submitted materials may be visible to approved clients, casting professionals, brands, agencies, production companies, advertisers or other relevant industry users.
Users must only upload content they have the right to use. You must not upload copyrighted, stolen, misleading, offensive or inappropriate material.
All Stage Casting may use artificial intelligence or automated tools to assist with platform features, including profile checks, image review, casting support, job posting assistance, moderation, recommendations or customer support.
AI tools are provided to support the platform and improve efficiency. They do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, selection, employment, safety or compliance.
We may review, amend or override automated outputs where appropriate.
Users must not misuse All Stage Casting. Prohibited activity includes:
We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account if we believe the user has breached these Terms, provided false information, misused the platform, acted inappropriately or created risk for All Stage Casting, our users or third parties.
We may also remove profiles, applications, casting posts or content at our discretion.
The All Stage Casting name, branding, logo, website design, platform software, text, graphics, layouts and original content are owned by or licensed to All Stage Casting.
Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
We aim to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access.
We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security, technical issues or business reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Stage Casting shall not be liable for loss of income, loss of work, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, reputational damage, indirect losses, consequential losses or disputes between users.
Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to All Stage Casting in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using All Stage Casting, you agree that your information may be collected, used and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of All Stage Casting after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
