By using the platform, you confirm that:

· You are the parent or legal guardian of a minor registered on the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information is provided.
3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

You confirm that:
· You own or have permission to use all uploaded content
· Uploaded materials do not infringe third-party rights
· Content is lawful, accurate and appropriate
We reserve the right to remove any content considered inappropriate, misleading or harmful to the platform.
5. Casting Opportunities
All Stage Casting provides access to casting opportunities submitted by third-party clients, brands, agencies and production companies.
We do not guarantee:
· Selection for castings
· Auditions
· Work opportunities
· Earnings
· Client responses
· Representation success
Selection decisions are made solely by the client or casting professional.
6. Memberships & Payments
Certain platform features may require a paid membership or subscription.
By purchasing a membership, you agree that:
· Fees are clearly displayed before payment
· Memberships are non-transferable
· Access periods begin from the date of purchase
· Fees may change in the future
Unless otherwise required by law, membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Failure to use the platform, receive work or obtain castings does not automatically qualify for a refund.
7. Automatic Renewals
Where applicable, subscription services may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and payment methods.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients using the platform agree to:

· Treat talent professionally and respectfully

We reserve the right to remove clients or casting listings that violate platform standards.
9. Platform Conduct

· Interfere with platform security or operations
· Use the platform for spam or unauthorised advertising
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts for breaches of these Terms.
